Possible Pixel problem

so i have the 6870 gfx card, and for some reason i think my card is failing. everytime i start my pc pixels start to jump around. Idk if its my monitor, my gfx, or simply just the cord. Please, i need help resolving this problem.
 
Try a different monitor and card to see if you still get the pixels. Your card could be artifacting as well. Won't know exactly until you diagnose it.
 
well i had replaced the cable and the problem was still there and also replaced the monitor and the problem was still there. I do believe it is my gfx card, but what can i do to fix this problem?
