Hi everybody.

Today my pc crashed while i was playing Dota 2. The screen turned white with some stripes and then the pc rebooted, on reboot it showed a black screen with some red stripes and then it showed a screen saying that ther is some trouble booting the pc. The windows doesn't start, it goes on loop - black screen with red stripes - diognosting - rebooting. Tried to return to a saving point but it didn't help, but I saw some visual artifacts on that screen. Here's the video of all the process. What could it be guys? 100% video card or smth else?

Try these:

-Reset CMOS. You can do this by pulling the little cell battery off your motherboard for ~10 seconds, unplugging the PC, pressing the power button (to get rid of residue power), and putting the battery back in and restarting.

-Re-seat RAM. This can help with infinite boot loops in Windows sometimes.

Besides those things I'm not sure what to do.

Solutions kyle has suggested try these first. If that doesn't solve your problem remove your video card and try booting with integrated graphics.
