Whats your budget for this? Any socket 1336 motherboard will fit that CPU. Also, are you planning on going SLI/CrossFire in the future?

very reliable
good bios
good product support
very very few problems or issues with hardware
never had a board prematurely fail on me unless the power supply took it out while frying
they use all solid capacitors on their boards
oh/off USB charging
2.0oz of copper between PCB layers

i could go on...
