Post into bios

Can I Post in bios with out a memory stick

I am trying to set a old ASUS mother board that I have had for 5 or six years I do not have Menory for the motherboard that to get the to worrk.The mother board will work when I plug it to power supply the mother board cpu fan will run but i can not get the board to post in to BIOS

Yeah, the motherboard won't post without memory installed. I thought you were talking about a usb stick.
