Pot your thoughts on Verizon DSL. I have Road Runner & I just got Verizon DSL Free for 6 months. So now i have2 ISP's. Post what you think about Verizon DSL.

I've been thinking of switching over to Verizon for their lower prices for high-speed, not really happy with AOL right now. Sorry if I didn't help any bit but if I switch over any time soon, I'll let you know.

Verizon's tech support is awful. None of them know anything about IT. They just read off a flowchart. The service isn't bad though. It only goes out every once in great while.
Just the real downside is their awful tech support. So if you're having a problem, good luck getting it fixed because they won't know how.
