Power fan

Hey!

I just got a huge fan for my pc and it connects to 3-pin Mobo connector. Fan progs tell me its running at 1800, but how can I increase this?, its a nice fan n I want to get it spinnings faster.

Well... It really depends on how that fan's controlled. Speedfan MIGHT offer you speed control over it. There might be options in the bios. There might be something similar to cool 'n quiet that you could disable...
 
You can not and should not run a fan faster than it is rated to go. A fan controller can only make a fan run at its full rated speed or slower. It you want a fan to run faster than the one you have then buy a faster fan.
