Power Point?

Hey,

I was wondering if this was possible, I would like to make a "self running" power point slideshow that will play by dvd. I am doing a project for someone and at the presentation there will be no computer accessible. So, if anyone knows how to turn it into a video creation that would be great. Basically I would time the sildes when to appear and disappear and also add sounds and pictures. Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,

Alexander

I know you can set a powerpoint to go to the next slide by it self, but I don't know if you can loop it at the end. However, you could just copy and paste the sides over and over again. Just do that until it runs for however long your presentation will go :P

As for putting it on a DVD, that would be pointless. I don't know if you meant to making it into a video file...if that's even possible, I'd suggestion simply leaving it as the original PPT format.

No Computer.

Hey,

During the presentation there will be no computer so, I need it to be able to be put into a dvd player. Please help me.

Sincerely,

Alexander Halpern

Can you make a photo from each slide, then most DVDs should be able to play it like a photo slideshow.

Basically.

Basically,

This presentation is something that incorporates audio and movement and various other components, and it is very intricate so I am really trying to make it become a video file if possible. Somebody please help.

Sincerely,

Alexander

Ah...well I don't know how you could export the slides with the animations and such. However, most editing software allows for a few audio tracks so you could have stuff play when pictures(slides) come up. OR...rather than making a power point, you could just do everything within Windows Movie Maker(text, transitions, and all) That'd definetlly be the best option if you can't use Powerpoint.

Yes, that sounds like the best option, make a bunch of .jpegs or something, and pop it all in Windows Movie Maker, or you may be able to use Windows Photo Story 3.
