Wait... you have a mobo that has 2 power suppiles?

PSU?

Really... what's the make of the board, the model etc. To help you to determine what your problem is?

if you mean the power supply plugs in at two diffrent places it maybe to power your video card my sli board has one right near the pci express ports

Ahhh... that's different!

You were referring to PSU... a different story altogether. Have to state it clearly.

So, you are referring to the power connector... not PSU?

Can you describe the second connector, or perhaps provide a picture? How many pins does it have? Usually, with modern systems, you'll have a 20 or 24 pin ATX main connector for providing power to the motherboard, and either a 4pin ATX12V or 8pin EPS12V connector for providing power to the CPU.

Here you go, its the one with the blue wires.

Looks like a Dell proprietary AUX connector. I take it your system is a Dell? Whatever you do, don't try to replace the PSU without using the appropriate adapter.
