I am trying tp plug up a MOBO that is Pentium 2, and I plug up the power and everything and it cuts on for like 3 sec adn then just shuts off...
Is this a power supply problem or is it just the MOBO...
The case is a brand new Rosewill.... 450 pwr supply...
