ASUS M2N-SLI DELUXI, NF570 SLI
580W Hush power supply
AMD Phemom 9550 Quad-Core (2.2GHZ)
2x EVGA 8500GT 512MB SLI
HITACHI 250GB SATA-2
2x CORSAIR 1GB DDR2-800

Well i just went from XP to Vista, i didn't want to but i wanted directx 10 and stuff but i guess its fine. But sometimes my computer just freezes and you can't control alt delete or move your mouse or anything so i have to hard shut down. Anyway idk if its my computer or the OS but i was thinking of getting 4 more GB of ram and idk if my power supply is big enough for my hardware. please help. I also did have one critical error blue screen once memory dump.

Yeah I would recommend getting more memory. With Vista you need all the memory you can get. Those blue screens are called BSOD's and it happens with Vista when there's hardware issues/errors. It might be because you don't have that much memory. So yeah, more memory is a necessity.
Your Power Supply looks OK. But if you want to do anymore upgrading on hardware then I would suggest getting a bigger one, something like a 750W.
Here are some ways to get Vista to not use as much resources as it does:

Hope this helps.

Thanks my mother board can handle 8GB i thing so I'm going to rock 6GB by buying 2x 2GB stick since i have 4 slots. If that's not the problem I'm guessing power supply since it ain't that big compared to graphic cards and such but thanks for the info I'm turning off some of that crap also.
