Power Supply/Dell Dimension 8200?

I'm looking to upgrade the power supply on my computer (a Dell Dimension 8200) in anticipation of a new video card (a BFG tech GeForce 6800 oc), and I'm looking for suggestions. Do I need to worry about compatability, or will any brand/model work?

What is this "dell compatability" stuff ive been hearing/reading? Is it a physical conformation or some electrical mumbo jumbo

Don't quote me on it but I believe Dell uses some nonstandard connectors as well as some odd pin layouts.
