Get one that is 750-850w then chances are you will never have to upgrade it again, also get a corsair.... power supplies are the most important part of your computer

A 750 W power supply will be more than enough for your purpose and need. smps is the more delicate part of the system. I myself has lost my 2 smps due to heavy loading. never mind!

i wouldn't. Corsair changed the internals to a cheaper design, lower quality parts although they have slightly higher performance. I'd avoid them and look at the XFX/Seasonic/Antec 750w offerings.
