Power supply help

this is a list of parts that i am going to buy for a computer build is that 750W power supply to much, i mean i am wanting a modular 1 and i know its all modular. so is this power supply fine or do i NEED to get a lower wattage one??????

my specs::
MotherBoard::ASUS P7P55D-E Intel P55 ATX Motherboard - LGA1156 Socket
CPU:: Intel Core i5-760 Processor
video card:: PNY Nvidia GeForce GTS 450
Hard Drive:: Samsung Internal 3.5" SATA Hard Drive - 1TB
Power Supply::CORSAIR Professional HX750W Power Supply Unit
Ram::CORSAIR PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 DIMM RAM Memory Module Kit - 4GB (2x2GB)
Case:: corsair 600t (black)
OS::windows 7 Professional
CD rom drive:: LG super Multi Blue blu ray reader and dvd rewriter

thanks for your help im going to change my mind and go for the Corsair HX 650W Power Supply which is a more reasonable price
