Power supply problem?

Well, its not too small of a case, but a little messy with the cables though. Do you have a front case fan? Probably should add another rear fan as well, I see there is another spot for one. You will have to figure out the heat issue though.
 
No front case fan, and the one in the back isn't even plugged in, I just saw this fan lying around and decided to install it but I don't have anything to connect it to yet XD. I have my power supply cardboard box at my father's house so I'll have to check in there.

Need to get that cable mess fixed, really kills air flow. Plus like said add another back exhaust fan and get them working, plus a front intake fan. It will kill your temps if you cant get the hot air out of the case.
 
With the side off it will help slightly, alitle more if you have a fan blowing into the side. But with the side off it kills the air flow through the case.
 
I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure to understand. Where is the lower front your referring to exactly? Is the front the front of my case? where my dvd drive is and whatnot? or is the front elsewhere. Sorry I'm not really used to talk computer parts in english.
