Power Supply Question

Whats the power supply on this computer? Can it handle this graphics card, and will it fit inside? 400 watts reccomended.

According to the link below, the H230 series has a PSU rated at 180W.

The CPU has a TDP of 65W and the HD4650 has a TDP of 55W (source: http://www.geeks3d.com/20090618/graphics-cards-thermal-design-power-tdp-database/ ) so that would only leave 60W to power the rest of the computer.

I am sure that most people on this forum would strongly recommend upgrading the PSU if you want to upgrade the GPU.
