Power supply recommended for SLI R600?

Are you making contemplation on a Crossfire or SLI setup there? For the new R600 models like the Radeon X2000 that's supposed to be coming out you would be looking at a Crossfire setup on a board with an ATI chipset. Lately the Corsair HX620 would be a possible candidate. Only $169.99 as seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817139002

Honestly, I wouldn't use the Corsair for a pair of R600s. Even if the rumors of 240W power consumption per card turn out to be false, the cards will still each use an 8pin and a 6pin PCI-E connector. The Corsair has only two native 6pin PCI-E connectors, and that would mean a lot of adapters.
Until the cards are actually released, it's hard to say for sure. At this point, I'd be inclined to look for something with at least 750W, and be very careful about the rail distribution if it's a multi-rail unit. If you end up using a lot of molex to PCI-E adapters, you could easily end up overloading a rail.
I'd also consider 4 PCI-E connectors to be a minimum, with a strong preference towards having at least one of the (correct) 8pin PCI-E connectors.

If you don't think the Cprsair will handle it what about the 900w Tagan model seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817714002 ?
Well you can't win everything. 
But that was a heavier model to allow for ocing possibilities with maybe even dual SLI or Crossfire setups! 
Gee? will 900w be enough? 
Many want to go sideways with multi monitors these days. For single card use that would certainly be a little overkill however.
