power supply wont fit MB

welll ur mobo has a 24 pin connector so u ahve to pick a psu that has a 24 pin connector as well. most have a 20 pin connector and sometimes come with an attachable 4 just incase. this
is the one i ahve, it didnt get very good reviews but i ahve had no problems wit it and im sure u could find a better one with a 24 pin. but make sure if u can count the actual number of pins in the psu connector because sometimes it doesnt always say
 
dose the watts matter?
I got a 3.4 P4 HT, and i plan to overclock it.
I wnat to get it from my local best buy (350 watts)so i dont have to wait for the 3-4 day shipping.

Read PSU101, just the wattage doesn't matter alne, you could have a 600watt PSU and it could eb very week.
