No the 7900GS requires a 400W PS but i think it would run a 7600GT depends on what kind of amps your powersupply has.

any example of a Vedio card that i can run, cuz im looking at New eggand i cant find anything on the req power supply...

how can i tell if i can run it with 300W??

normally if you look at the specs on the products page you'll find a minimum psu requirment

ok on some cards it dose say that they need 400W or 350W atleast


but what about if it says this Minimum System Requirements

Pull off the side of your case and take a look at the sticker on the side of the power supply. You should see a table which indicates the maximum current available on each rail (e.g. +3.3V, +5V, +12V). What's the maximum on the +12V rail?

You may be better off to get a new power supply, rather than look for a card that will work with your current one.
