What is the processor of the Video card do you have, Nvidia or ATI? Who is the manufacturer?(example: EVGA, PNY, XFX) And what model is it?(example: X1300, 7300GS, 7800GT)

Give us that info, and how much you are willing to spend.

Everyone is going to tell you to wait for the new series graphics cards though, if you plan on switching to Vista and doing a lot of gaming I would say wait otherwise do no worry about it.

Cheaper Vid Card.

Not so sure about the jetway brand, but it is cheap.

I'd avoid the X1600Pro. It's a poor video card for the price, you're paying a huge premium for the HDMI output. You'd be better to grab a X1950Pro, 7900GS or 7600GT if you budget is tight.

Whats' your budget for the PSU? Or is that included in the $100-$200?

no...it was not free after rebate >_>, is there any way i can get a better price?! (including shipping, I am driving distance from best buy, circuit city, fry's, etc.)

Not any more, that PSU was free after rebate up until yesterday or the day before. You can always wait a while and see if it comes back in, but it sounds like you want it sooner than that. For free, the Ultra is a superb deal. For ~$40, I'd sooner grab an XClio 450BL from newegg though.
