Power Switch Connector

There is a small strip of pins to the right of the blue sata connector I believe they go there. If its not there it looks like there might be a few strips of pins under the sata connectors if there is and the first option did not work try putting them there
 
the strip beside the blue says panel so i put them in there but its not working, the one at the bottom is for usb it says
 
Yep, to the right of the Sata ports in this pick where it says 'panel'. The mb should be labeld where the cables go, which I believe would be lengthwise with the pin rows. Not spanning the rows with the cable end. Make sure you have the cable turned the correct way.
