every time i turn on my computer the tower powers on but nothing displays on the monitor. then after i wait about 30 seconds and hold the power button to turn it off then turn it back on right away it starts up always without fail. my computer recently had problems with its video card but i fixed that. anyone have any idea of what the problem is?
