Power View TV Tuner Problem

Hey, I recently purchased a Power View TV Tuner PCI card. Currently, my problem is that when I try and install it, Windows cannot locate the driver on the specified location I have assigned it. It just responds "Hardware not installed properly." Do you guys have any idea what could be causing this problem?

Are you running Korean Windows? Try installing Windows XP English on a freshly formated hard drive. ;)

tried installing it on window vista english, and yet it failed to work...
I thought windows vista would recongize it by itself and perheps find its proper driver...
