hey guys i got a powercolor 6850 installed, i run an hdmi cable to hook it up to my insignia 38 inch lcd 1080p tv since i dont have a monitor. I currently have it running at a 1280x720 resolution. When it first comes on its all bright and everything is good, but after a while it goes a little dark, it isnt a bad dark its just not quite as clear and bright as it frist is on startup. When i unplug the hdmi and plug it back in it goes back to being normal. Is this a card problem or a TV problem? And i do have the latest drivers installed.
