The switch is just a make then break switch ie pushbutton. The LED is just an LED. There are two wires for the switch and they will have to be connected to the power on pins on the mother board. The LED leads will have to be connected to the power LED pins on the motherboard. I doubt that the plug/socket will be a match so you will, probably, have to take the pins out and plug them directly on to the relevant pins. The switch contacts are not orientation specific. The LED pins are. I do not know what the other two wires are for although possibly the reset switch which again are not orientation specific.
