If you have preordered a game from Game the Next Level like me,I ordered Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising at a price of £24.99 on Game.Amazon they have it at £17.99,i have canciled my order from Game and ordered from Amazon.

I never pre-order anymore. 95% of the games that come out are either buggy or just plain suck anymore.

This game looks good but I heard its not going to be that great....I am curious for the user reviews.

bugs get fixed through patching, even on consoles now, but you are right about them sucking, all game developers have lost inspiration and resort to remakes, rip-offs and sequals

Same with music and movies.....reason why sales are so poor now. I refuse to buy movies/music...unless I find them in a dollar bin...why spend top dollar on some no talent singer that only has love for $$$.

Also I can accept some bugs but when a game is so bad I can't play from start to finish then there is a BIG problem. 1 game that really pissed me off was Stalker Clear Sky.

I dont preorder anymore either as I have been dissapointed in the past with placing my money and faith in games before and ending up with broken promises.I would rather wait for the game to come out and see some actual paying player reviews(not just gamespot or whatever) before buying it myself.

A sore spot for me recently is the game Mortal Online which is to be an Oblivion type FPS type fantasy MMORPG which has heavy PVP content.
I have been trying for over a Year and half now trying to get my foot in the door in beta testing and recently they announced that Beta invites would come from Preorders of the games, which I think is a really crappy move on their part.

Even though you are preordering the game and going to be getting first runs when it comes out you are still paying to test their game for them (paying to help them out).Yeah I know its for the good for long term for any game to have a solid Beta test but something just feels wrong to me on this .I guess its their company and they can do what they want with it. "shrug".
