I saw on wikipedia that a 5.25" bay is 1.75 by 5.75 so 1.75 times 3 is 5.25 so it looks like you will need three bays if your going to use a 5" lcd screen if you have more then three bays then you might be able to get a bigger screen.
 
Thanks alot Jabes, Sell224 I will be using it as an extra monitor, it will mainly be there just for looks, that is until nVidia brings out drivers for Multi monitor display on SLi setups...

I am now off to pick a case with 3 + 2 5.25" drive bays 2 for Optical drives, and 3 for a 5" monitor...
