price difference between cpu

i am thinking about buying a t7700 cpu and i find out there are two models of t7700: LF80537GG0564M and BX80537T7700. i searched a lot of websites and on average, the first model is a lot cheaper then the latter model, so whats the difference between these two models?

It looks like the LF one is the OEM version and the BX one is the retail version. So the BX one would come with heatsink and fan but the LF would just be the processor. Atleast thats what it appears to be.
