prime 95 cpu testing

i'm busy oc'ing my build. Is my first oc ever.
I've got it running at 2.4 ghz now.
it seems to be stable i just want to test it thoroughly in the night with prime 95.
my question was, you can pick 1 test out of 3 (small fft, in-place large FFT and blend) which one is the best for testing to see if your cpu oc is stable?

alot of people overclock here and noone knows the answer???

The small fft option would be the best for testing the CPU. In-place heavily taxes the RAM, and blend does alittle of both.
