Prime 95 problem (RAM?)

Hi,

When i run prime 95 small fft's, evrything goes ok, so i don't think it's an cpu problem. But when i start running blend test or large fft's, then it stops almost immediatly saying 1errors 0warnings.
So now my question is: is it a ram problem or not.

I haven't oc'd my ram, my nb volt is at 1.40, ram voltage at 2.10.

try running memtest from a boot disk, most thorough way to check for RAM problems.

do i just have to put in the windows disk
nvm i think its the psu
