Prime95 Stable Overclock

Bought a better cooler 2 days ago (AC Freezer 64 Pro) becouse I thought I can keep this CPU stable @ 2.7 GHz with better cooling, and I wasn't wrong, it was stable, but it pushed even further, I managed to get it Prime95 stable (20 hours) @ 2.79 GHz (310x9) @ 1.6V @ 45°C max (full load), I know it's nothing special now since those Core 2 Duo's can smoke it easily, but it's amazing how this CPU can overclock so easily (or am I just the lucky son of a .....)

i had my 3000+ running at 2,7GHz for about a year.. till i flashed the bios. :(
now for some reason my motherboard doesnt want to run the fsb at 300MHz anymore :|

Yes, I already did try to go further, but it's not stable at 2.9 GHz, I get BSOD after 1/2 minutes running Prime95, and I can't increase vCore more then 1.6V so that's pretty much my barrier.

At 2.79 GHz it's running perfectly, atm I'm folding@home for almost 4 hours, no crashes, perfectly stable, AC Freezer 64 Pro is like the best cooler ever, max temp under full load is 45°C.

EDIT:
With stock cooler temperature under full load was ~55°C but on 1.45V, I think it would go past 60°C @ 1.6V

you know.. oyu got me inspired again.. i think ill try to ush this processor again.. pray for some good luck here.. ^_^

ok... i feel really stupid now. :( :(

i made it back to the 2,7 GHz.. :x
putted the multiplier on4x, HT on 1x, the samn on the smalle's divider i could find.. and putted the fsb up to 300MHz.. and the bios didnt reset.. then i started putting up the CPU, HT etc again ( 1 at a sime, and rebootng after) the reason the pc rekept resetting my bios was because the RAM timines with the r1.12 i have now are 3.4.4.8.. and with r1.01 they were 2,5.4.4.8.. i mean.. could that have been the problem for my bios keeping resetting? :S
vCore is 1.45v +15%
RAM 2,7v and the HTT is at 1200MHz now :)

i think he menst the fsb,. its 200MHz normally, and you have it on 310MHz now.

( btw, finally got mine on 300 again :) )
