For overclocking? Normally you wanna let it stress for a good 24 hours to make sure it's completely stable.
 
You don't have to put quotes around somebody's handle, lol, just quote the post or say voyagerfan99. 6 hours minimum, 24 hours is the best though.
 
But what if you play games on an oc that isn't complete stable?
I ran it for 5 hours or so, but I got it running for a month without problems...
