I can't print. When I try print out sth in Word I got message that I dont have printer. When I want to enter printer properties I got messege that I dont have driver installed. For computer everything seems fine. Installation goes right. I tried to reinstall drivers several times, I cleaned up register, but its still the same. It was working properly for almost year. It happend all of a sudden. Second issue, even though my printer is connected with wifi and the installator see it firsty, it returns messege that can't find printer. By usb, installation goes right, but it doesn't solve the problem. At another computer my printer works. Need help! (Sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is not my mother tongue)

What printer do you have? What operating system are you running? Have you ran any malware scans on your system using Malwarebytes?

Did you plug in the printer prior to installing the software? Sometimes you can screw the install up by doing that. Can you physically access the printer by going into devices and printers and double clicking on the printer, click on whats printing and then see if you have jobs in the que? If there are jobs in the que, you will need to cancel them and then try printing a test page.

I reinstalled drivers several times, once it was plugged it, but i tried do it the right way with the same results. I can access printer, but I can't see properties cuz of message that drivers are missing. There's no jobs in que.

Did you totally uninstall the printer before reinstalling? And did you reboot before instaloing again. Has the printer ever worked?

That was my last recommendation. I've seen usb installs go haywire to the point that the only way to fix it was to reinstall windows fresh. Back in the day when original version of windows XP was around, went through quite a few reinstalls on clients machines because usb cable was plugged for printer before software was actually installed and it messed up the drivers.
