Printer has horizontal lines and color is off.

Once again as I start every thread sorry if this was posted before.


Well my printer was working fine and all. Then when I printed text there were horizontal lines. So I figured I'd do the head cleaning. I did it a few t imes and it was still like that.

I tried to print a few picture things. The black came out a white with gray lines. The grey came out with kind of like a rainbow type thing. The rest came out similiar.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Like the status? There is plenty of it left. Do you think it "went bad" or something?

sounds like a catridge change is the easiest way to eliminate that possibility
