Printer icon in Taskbar

you know that little icon on the taskbar that shows up when you print something, well its disapeared, and my boss really really wants it back. any ideas on how to do this? thanks in advance

Check in Control Panel->Printers, there should be an option for putting a printer icon in that folder somewhere...

also right click on the taskbar and go

properties=>customize=>(find printer icon)=>always show
