Printer message appearing in slave systray

I'm running 4 pc's on a peer to peer network, each pc running windows xp. Whenever my son prints from his pc in his bedroom to his printer which is also in his bedroom a message appears above my systray telling the name of the document and the printer name
It doesn't appear on any of the other pc's nor does a message appear when a different printer is used.
The printer is share enabled and is using LPT1 as a port
Any idea how I can turn this messaging off?
Many thanks
Jack

Dear Jack, you were a rubbish cabinet minster and your son should stop writing garbage on his bloggs.

As for the 'issue'

Go to control panel.
Open printers
From the 'file' menu choose 'Server Properties'
Go to the 'Advanced' tab
Uncheck the last box in the first section which says something about notifications.

See if that works and report back.
