I would suggest buying a wireless print server. You just plug the print server into the router and then your computers will be able to access the server and whatever printers are hooked into it wirelessly.
Network the two computers, install the printer on one computer, go to control panel->printers and faxes, right click the installed printer, click sharing, check "share this printer."
