I bought a new Selphy cp800 Printer
I inserted the SD card from my Canon camera, it brought the images up, and we printed 2 pictures with no problems at all, absolutely thrilled with the printer at this point.
Picked the third pic to print, pressed print, it sucked the paper in, then spit it out fully without having put any ink at all on it. Uh-oh. The screen showed no pictures now as well, just the Selphy logo like it was waiting for a card or stick to be inserted. I re-inserted the SD card, nothing. I turned the machine off, nothing. Pulled the AC power, nothing.
I loaded some pics on a USB stick, and tried that... it would read that there is a stick, but says there are no pics... with the SD card, it doesn't even read it at all. The same card it had no problems reading for the 1st 2 pics printed, it just died on pic #3.
Please help me resolve this situation.
