/Printer poblem/Outlook express

in outlook express i cant get the printer to print off emails, i have downloaded Firefox browser would this make a differance as i know outlook is windows?

does the printer work for all other apps,

firefow will have no impact on your ability to print from outlook

yes it does print from any other site or programme, but not for emails for some reasons.

Here is a first simple try:


Close IE and Outlook Express and then click:

start > run > & type:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

> press enter.

thankyou for reply the screen which came up is DllRegisterServer in ole32.dll succeeded. but no change will still not print emails.
