I have a HP Deskjet F380 printer, and recently I get an error message each time the printer is on: something like "the following cartilages are inappropriate for this printer: Black".
This happened since I refilled the black cartilage. Note that I never replaced the cartilage, but only refilled it.
I don't think that it is inappropriate for my printer: the cartilage's size is 21 and the printer's size (for black cartilages) is 21. On the color-side the size is 22 and it works fine...
What could be the problem?
