Printer Problem

Dear All,

We have just bought a new printer (Samsung CLP350N) and someone decided to put acetate through it. This obviously got stuck to the fuser and wrecked it. We have bought a new fuser and fitted it. Now the printer just won’t print and keeps saying paper jam. Took out the fuser again and other bits and bobs but cant see any paper stuck in it.

Any ideas?

Bite the big one and get a new printer. Oh, and kill whoever put acetate through it. :rolleyes:
