printer problems,help needed

I have a Epson Stylus NX 430. I have downloaded all the drivers and such from Epson.com, installed them and had the printer working. I was printing out some forms in the PDF format and they printed fine. I went to print out another PDF form and it will not print. The only thing that will print is the header at the top of the page. The rest of the page is blank. Uninstalled printer, reinstalled it and have tried every thing I can think of to get it to print the one form. Does anyone one have any idea what I can do to print the one form?

Can you grab a snapshot of it? SnagIt is one such program.

Even Windows 7 has a snipit tool (under accessories) but which may depend on the document height. SnagIt may or may not be able to scroll it.

Which may not solve problems with other pdf's though.

Only if you need this one now.
