Printer Question

This is a really crazy questions. |I have a Customer that has a hp 840c desktop printer. He is running xp home and I have install the privers from the manufactures web site. The printer prints fine but it shoots out a blank piece of paper about every 20 min. any thought on this

Is the "Separator page" disabled in the printer's settings?

I'm not sure how to fix it, but you could try marketing it as a possessed printer

I don't think its the seperator page, as that would send a blank page between every printed page and from the desc given it seems to be doing a form feed every 20min

try installing the drivers again and resetting it. ??
