Printer won't work.

Ok, I'm trying to print something out. However, every time I try to print, I get this message:

"Unable to start printer.
Please check your printer configuration."

What exactly is it telling me to do? What is the printer configuration? Where is it? How do I check it?

go to devices and printers your printer might have a triangle on it with a "!" in it, right click the printer and go trouble shoot, if not try right clicking and "set as default printer"

probably should have asked this first. what Operating System do you have xp, vista or 7

Strangely enough, I rebooted the computer, and that worked.

Don't know why.

I bought it on July 1, if that's what you mean.

hmm thinking maybe the drivers just needed a restart
