Printing Problem

I have a printing problem.When I press print under "File" a box usually appears which lets you select the printer, select the number of copys to be printed, the page range, and also the final print button, well, when I press print from "File" this box is not there and I find it in back of all the screens. Its kind of anoying because when I find it then press print then go backto the screen that I was looking at, the screen is not there. I have to press the "Refresh" button to get the screen back again. Do you have any ideas. I am using Windows Vista, HP computer

How long has this happened? Does this happen in just one particular program? Or in everything? If it is happening in just one program, it could just be poor programming. If it is happening in all of your applications, then it is another matter altogether. Please let us know so that we may better assist you.

I will have to check this out. I know it doesn't happen all the time
