Printing Problems

Since loading sky internet, whenever I try to print something off the internet or evan an email, instead of it printing what I see on the screen I get a whole load of computer language. Its as if is printing what is in the background not what I can visually see. I guess my settings have been changed but I have no idea what to change

Any ideas?

It's printing the html code?
Open the page in firefox and print it from there.

What is "sky internet" in the first place?
