How do I prevent a file from being torrented If i give it to specific people?

I want to give someone a file .mdb format and would not like it to be accessible to others on the internet
how is this possible?
for example: I allow person A to upload my file. what can i do to restrict person B from getting it from person A if person A wants to give it to him

the question is not quite clear.
One side if he gives it to him its a done deal.

on the other you can zip or rar and password protect.
send the password 1st.
then 2nd email the proggy.

Ok, let me try this again.

I am going to sell this file to someone. What can I do to stop them from taking this file and selling it to his friends or giving it to someone else to view. The password RAR or ZIP won't work, since once they open the zip/rar they have unrestricted access to the file and are able to send it to whomever they wish.

that won't happen.
the proggy would have to do this.
interesting though. it would require a tolerance
and written in the script or program. Very rare to
see. Install once and self destruct. ive seen it with
dave and nds scripts. one time only.Commercial software
forget it.

hmmm..........i think itunes is like that.
buy music for ipod and play 3 times.
nds was for illegal activity that went to the way
side. im a straight shooter now.
sorry
