How Do i produce a website that will take off
i have no problems building them
advertising them

i just cant get anything to work
please help

Ps i am currently working on a virtual Real estate
does that have any chance ? ? ?
 
Depends on what you want to do......

See if there any sites like you want to do, if there are heaps and they are active, there is no point, if there is 1 or 2 then maybe there is.
 
I would say you are too late in the game considering that second life already has the people in it doing the virtual realestate thing.
 
Well you need a good original unique idea and execute it well.

then advertise, advertise, advertise. The easiest way would be to pay for ads.
