(Probably simple) problem with FTP server

Hi there

I tried to setup a FileZilla FTP Server:
1. I installed the software.
2. Ich configured users with the matching permissions
3. On my Router, I forwarded port 20 and 21 to the local IP of my server.
4. I tried to connect from a PC inside of my network via internal IP address. Works fine
5. I tried to connect from a PC outside of my network. That doesnt seem to work:

Code: 
Status:	Connect to 80.219.135.131:21...
Status:	Connected, wait for welcome message...
Error:	        Connection timed out.
Error:	        Failed to connect to server.

Pinging my server from outside works fine. What's wrong with my server?

I ran a Port Query on the IP address in your post. The response was that port 21 is being filtered. Double check your port forwarding in your firewall.
