Problem after virus infection

My computer was recently infected with W32.Rontokbro@mm worm. My antivirus (Norton AV 2007) has removed the virus. However when I try to run calculator and few other programs I get the following error message:

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system 32\SHELL32.dll occupied an adress range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

Can anyone give me a solution. Please don't advise me to reinstall Windows XP or to use Debian or Fedora.
