Problem booting Windows 7

I already posted it but I think the title was misleading. Windows 7 isn't booting at all. Windows 7 was preinstalled on my computer. I never had an installation disk. Now it's missing a file and needs the disk to fix it. Is there a place I could download the installation disk to my flash drive or another way. I also have Windows Developer Preview on a separate partition and I can't boot from that because the Windows 7 is making it restart again and again until I stop it to go to the boot menu from which I can choose to boot from Hard Drive. Then it tells me to insert the installation disk.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Can you tell us the name of the missing file?

Because if you know the name of the missing file,it is very easy to find that file on any other computer running Windows 7 and then just make a copy of it on your computer where it's missing using external operating systems which you can boot from some removable media such as NTFS4DOS or Linux Ubuntu or Windows Live and so on...

For example if you get this error:
file-missing-hal-dll.jpg

In this error example the file called "hal.dll" is missing. It even tells you the full path location where the file is supposed to be.And this is more than enough of the information you need in order to fix the problem. So all you need to do is to find the file called "hal.dll" on the internet or some other computer running the same version of Windows OS and then simply copy it in your computer where it's missing by of course copying it on the right path location which in this case is:"C:\WINDOW\system32\".

"C:" is the drive letter on which Windows OS is installed. On your computer it might be a different drive letter. For example in my computer it is "E:".

So anyway if possible, tell us the full name of the missing file.

Cheers!
